The flu season is coming (man made or not) so it’s time now to build up the immune system. Three of the best reported natural agents to kill many strains of viruses are olive leaf extract, colloidal silver, grapefruit seed extract ( not to be confused with grape seed extract).  All of these are available at a quality healthy food store.

 

By the way, those still looking for a source of laetrile (as it relates to the cancer topic) here are two places you can get it.  I’d act soon, as “Big Brother” frowns on the subject of laetrile, and the sources b17- amygdalin may not be available for long.

    MY take on the Vaccinations is this I am not going to be forced to take it guess that puts me in a hard spot but I probably will not be around for them to put me in some detention center either I think that sums up my feelings. They have not even tested it and if it is so safe then let them take it first oh they can’t they are the Leaders of this Zionist jewish socialist, communist world they are creating and I just as soon bow out!!

    A simple take on building the immune system for fall and winter. Our Father has given us an abundant supply of fruits and vegetables during the summer months to do just that. I do not believe that any witchcraft to alter the food chain can completely eliminate the goodness found in these foods. Yes, we are to be wise about all of this and eliminate as much as possible the poisons applied to them. So eat as much as you can while fresh from the gardens and orchards, then put up for the winter what you can. Also, having experienced a relative in a nursing home, seems to me that if they gave these elders more sunshine and better foods, less meds, it would put them out of business, eh? Thousands of FRNs a month for half assed care!! And who benefits? Likewise for the hospitals and mental health asylums. Oh yes forgot to mention this! Flew 3 times from Florida to WNY in past years and each time I came down with some kinda bug. That would be the AT lines. Seating sucks too especially if your between to offensive linemen. OK, now go in peace

    Opps, forgot a couple of things. It is of most importance to get one self outdoors as much as possible during the winter months. While stationed in Greenland for a year, our wise commander told us young bucks to walk to work each morning, especially during the no-sun days. And dont spend all your time in the NCO club drinking beer. Getting fresh air in spite of the -60 degree reading is very important. To my recollection, we did not get any flu like systems. However, one unfortunate airman left the NCO club to walk back to the barracks and they found him the next morning in a solid state. Again, we need to be wiser than serpents. Our Father gave us a great outdoors to use, so lets use it. Opps! Another senior moment! Do your best to avoid eating out. Restaurants use the lousiest ingredients available yet charge you the most they can. Nutritional value of these foods is zero. I know, who the hell is this guy telling me what to do!!!! Well ya all listen to the government, why not me???? Couldnt help myself. Bless ya all and BE WISE!!

    Tommy, I agree. Eating out is not a smart thing for good health. And the time before last that I flew anywhere I came down with a “bug” too. Thanks for the tips. I think I’ll mention your comment about drinking beer/alcohol in cold weather on our “survival” category page. It constricts the blood flow to the extremities even though it may feel warm in the belly for a few seconds.

    I remember my grandmother in Rocky Gap told me a story about when she was a young girl. Her mother would make her, and her siblings run outside and roll around in the snow in their undergarmets. They never got sick from the flu.

    Hi Kevin, I heard another one from old timers that used to set out cut up onions in the house during flu season which supposedly prevented the flu. Does anybody know if this is just fable or is there any scientific proof that this might work?

    A good immune system builder is Echinecea but follow the recommendations and stop as required. most fruits are excellent preventative medicine. If you suspect cancer try and get to some lemongrass tea as it decimates cancer cells. Ginseng is also a builder of good immunity, usually Korean, Red or Siberian work fine. As we age our immunity tapers off so for us older citizens more care is required.Believe it or not cabbage should never be over looked for good intestinal harmony and good health folks , its at the top of the food chain for value.
